Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout — delivery times vary by service selected.
International Shipping

International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.
Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information is provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after you receive the confirmation.

If you believe your package is lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at admin@monatomic-orme.com and we’ll assist in opening an inquiry with the carrier.
Signature Requirements & Damaged/Lost Shipments

Some shipments may require a signature at delivery. If you’re not available, carriers may leave a notice with instructions.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@monatomic-orme.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
90-Day Return Window

We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are non-returnable (see “Exceptions / non-returnable items” below).
How to Start a Return

To start a return, email admin@monatomic-orme.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges

We do not perform direct item-for-item exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund (once accepted) and place a new order.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification.

The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, tags attached, original packaging) and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact admin@monatomic-orme.com.
Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@monatomic-orme.com with photos of the damage and your order number.

We will evaluate and work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations. Then contact us at admin@monatomic-orme.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms loss, we will work with you to determine next steps (replacement or refund), subject to carrier investigation results.
